In picture 1 we have illustrated how we felt Power/Interest grid be for our project. We felt that our client Vincit has the deciding element since they gave us topic. We are also influenced by it even thought we have a lot freeway to do our way. Within the framework provided by this course of course.
2. Customer grouping
Picture 2: Customer Grouping
In this stage of development we have grouped customers in picture 2 by when they self-reflect. Grouping 1 in the green color practices self-reflection to recover from mistakes. The orange grouping is the opposite and they self-reflect to prevent mistakes. These two categories overlap, but represent two largest use factors for using self-reflection
