MVP description
We believe that doing this VR application integrated with AI for holistic self-reflection, for employees from 30 years onwards, we will improve and support their self-reflection, soft skills, efficiency and autonomy at work. This will be achieved through the features of speech and bare hands interactions with an abstract avatar, freedom of choose from environment to suggestions, guided self-reflection and concrete practical solutions to technical problems.
We will know this is true when we see feedback from the users gathered in the semi structured interviews.

Idea validation methodology and results
Methodology
To validate our idea as MVP, we decided to carry out a semi structure interview. Our semi structured interview was divided into three themes: feasibility of the concept, sign of use and primary market features. In the section concerning feasibility of concept we tried to discover if this product concept could have been launched to the market and validate its benefit for the users. In the section sign of use, we wanted to gather data to validate if the product would have been used and its frequency of use. This to further validate the lifecycle of the product and to make sure it would have not been a “one time” use product. Finally, in the section primary market features we tried to validate the feasibility of the VR with AI integrated technology and gather data concerning the features conceptualized and understand which among all the features presented to the user would have been the top three. This section was aimed also to support the prototyping of our product and to narrow down the features to present. Our sample were 5 target users from 30 to 32 years old
